Here’s what you can do with the app:
- Request appointments
- Receive reminders for upcoming appointments
- Check in and out of curbside appointments
- Make secure virtual payments
- Request prescription refills for pickup or delivery
- Exchange messages with our team using 2-way chat
- Send videos and/or photos
- Join our loyalty program and receive rewards to use at our hospital

How does our Loyalty Program Work?
Our Loyalty Program is an easy way for you to earn rewards while caring for your pet! To get started, go to the Loyalty section of your app and select Earn More Paws. This will show you all of the ways that you can earn paws at our hospital, such as:
- Spend $100: Earn 1 paw for every spent $100 on a single invoice.
- Review Us: Use the Review Us feature in our app, and you can receive 5 loyalty paws! (eligible every 6 months)
- Shop Our Online Store: Place a single order online with us and receive 1 loyalty paw. (eligible once a month)
- Purchase Preventatives: Purchase six months of your pets flea and tick medication and receive 1 loyalty paw AND purchase heartworm preventative to receive 1 loyalty paw AND order these items using our online store to receive a bonus loyalty paw!
As you collect loyalty paws, you will be able to exchange them for rewards to be used at our hospital - such as $100 off a visit when you redeem 20 loyalty paws!
